Hi my name is Alicia, growing up I always enjoyed helping my mom with household chores and watching my younger siblings. As I grew up I knew I wanted to do something where I could help people that needed it. That's when I decided to be a CNA. So for the next year I took all the classes and at the end of the year I passed my test and got certified. I especially like to get to know the patients I care for. I look forward to going over and sharing stories or just listening to whatever they want to tell me. I'm a good listener. I don't like it when someone can't put themselves in another's shoes.
